Tuna casserole



  • 250g FEMEG tuna medallions (1 pack)
  • Salt, pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 Lemon (Juice)
  • 2 onions, cut finely
  • 200g tomatoes, diced
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Crème fraiche
  • Chilli
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • Fat for the pan and to grease the casserole dish


Defrost the tuna medallions, wash them and pat them dry, and season with the lemon, salt, pepper and paprika. Grease the casserole dish. Lay the tuna medallions in the dish. Braise the onions in a pan. Mix the tomatoes, garlic and onions with crème fraiche into a sauce and season with some chilli and 1 tbsp of white wine. Pour the sauce over the tuna and bake in the oven at 190 °C.
