Salmon in broccoli cream sauce with pasta



For 1-2 servings

  • 200g Femeg organic salmon fillet
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 125g pasta of your choice
  • fat for frying
  • salt, pepper
  • 300ml vegetable broth
  • 200g cream
  • 1 tsp flour
  • lemon


First rinse the broccoli and divide into small florets. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Defrost the salmon fillet, rinse, pat dry and cut into cubes. {br}}{br}} Now cook the pasta according to package directions.
{br}} Heat some fat in a pan and fry the salmon cubes in it all around and season with salt and pepper. Then remove the salmon from the pan and in the drippings first sauté the broccoli. Then add the onions and dust everything with flour. Now deglaze the vegetables with the vegetable stock and the cream. Depending on your preference, you can now add some pasta water. {br}}{br}} Then add the salmon and pasta and let everything boil briefly and season with salt, pepper, lemon and thyme.
