Salmon fillet on teriyaki vegetables

 

Ingredients

For 1-2 servings

  • 200g Femeg organic salmon fillet
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • a handful of mushrooms
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 100g sugar snap peas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 spring onions
  • salt, pepper
  • Sesame

For the teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Preparation

First, defrost the salmon fillets, rinse and pat dry.
{br}} The vegetables should be thoroughly washed and processed as usual before processing. Then cut them into bite-sized pieces. The vegetables, except for the sugar snap peas and green onion, can now be cooked in the oven with a dash of sesame oil at 200°C top- bottom heat for about 15- 20 min. {br}}{br}} After the time, add the sugar snap peas and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Now mix the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce thoroughly and then pour over the salmon and vegetables.
{br}} Now the dish should bake in the oven for another 10 minutes or so.
{br}} The salmon fillet on teriyaki vegetables can now be served with the fresh scallions and sesame seeds.
