Provencal prawns with vegetables



  • 250 g provencal prawns
  • 1 onion
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 100g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence, chopped, frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • cream cheese as an option


Peel and finely dice the onions. Dice the courgette. Cut the pepper into strips. Quarter the tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a pan an fry the onions, courgette and pepper for 5 minutes, stirring. Finally, remove the vegetables. Fry the prawns in a pan for 2 minutes, then deglaze with lemon juice. Add the herbs, vegetables and tomatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cream cheese if you wish. We recommend serving oven-warm ciabatta with it.
