Pasta with shrimps and parmesan sauce



  • 250g black tiger prawns
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • approx. 250 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 100g parmesan
  • parsley
  • ribbon noodles
  • salt & pepper


Defrost the shrimp, rinse and pat dry. Chop the garlic cloves and grate the Parmesan cheese. Heat half of the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until they are reddish/orange. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Now heat the remaining oil and butter in the pan and sauté the garlic. Then add the cream and bring everything to a boil. While stirring constantly, add a handful of Parmesan cheese. After this has dissolved add the rest of the parmesan as well and mix everything well. In the meantime, boil the pasta. Now add the pasta with a ladle of pasta water and the shrimp to the cream sauce and mix everything well. Serve your creamy shrimp - pasta with some parsley. Enjoy your meal.
