Grilled tuna with summer vegetables

 

Ingredients

For 1-2 servings

  • 250g Femeg MSC tuna medallions
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250g tomatoes
  • 250g asparagus
  • 1 ciabatta
  • some olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt, pepper, lemon pepper

Preparation

First, thaw the tuna medallions, rinse and pat dry. {br}}{br}} Then dice the onions, remove the woody ends from the asparagus, and seed the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
{br}} For the salsa:
{br}} Mix the tomatoes, onions, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. If needed, you can add a little chili here.
{br}} Asparagus:
{br}} Sauté the asparagus in a pan on the stove or grill in a little oil. Then season with salt and lemon pepper.
{br}} Cook the tuna medallions on the grill according to package instructions. To do this, brush the tuna medallions with a little oil and sear in a grill tray or directly on the grill. This should take about 8-12 minutes. {br}}{br}} Serve the tuna with the vegetables, salsa and some warm bread...,
