Grilled shrimp skewers
- 200g Femeg White Tiger prawns
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tsp mustard
- 1-2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder, sweet
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt & pepper
- Wooden skewers
Defrost the shrimp, rinse and place in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the shrimp, mix well and let sit covered for about 30 min.
Thread the shrimp onto wooden skewers in order.
Place the shrimp skewers on the hot grill and sear briefly on both sides. Remove the finished shrimp from the grill and serve with lemon and parsley.
