Grilled salmon steaks with avocado - tomato salad



For 2 persons

  • Approx. 300g salmon steaks
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 table spoons chopped basil
  • 3 table spoons olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic


Cut the washed tomatoes into cubes, clean the spring onions and cut them into rings, peel the avocado, remove the kernel and cut it into cubes. Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl, add 2 table spoons basil, 2 table spoons oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Mix the remaining basil and oil, add pressed garlic, use salt and pepper for the salmon steaks And spread the oil mix over them. Grill the fish in the oven or on a real barbecue grill and serve it with the salad.
