Grilled marinated black tiger prawns



  • 200g Femeg Black Tiger Prawns - Easy Peel
  • 5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 chopped chili pepper



Defrost the shrimp, rinse and place in a bowl.
Add garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, thyme and chili pepper to the shrimp and mix well.
Now let the marinated shrimp rest for about 30 min.
Put a fireproof container on the grill and heat it. Then add heat resistant oil and heat this as well.
(Tip: Simply hold a toothpick in the oil, if small bubbles form, the oil is hot). Now add the marinated shrimp and fry briefly on both sides. Remove the finished shrimp from the oil, pat dry if necessary, and serve with ciabatta bread.
