Garnelen Burger

 

Ingredients

For the patties:

300g femeg prawns
Salt & pepper
2 eggs
30ml cream

For the burger:

Bun
Tomato
Sauce of your choice
Lettuce
Cilantro

 

 

Preparation

Cut half of the prawns into cubes. cut into cubes. Mix the rest with one egg, one egg white, cream and spices in a blender. Fold in the cubes and shape the mixture into patties. Fry the patties in a hot pan with oil until golden brown. Then place in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven. Top the burger as desired.
