Baked fish with sweet potato fries
Ingredients
- 2x Femeg baked fish
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
- buns
- Lettuce
- Remoulade
Preparation
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin sticks. Then mix them in a bowl with oil and salt and spread them on a baking tray.
The sticks should not overlap.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 15-20 min.
Turn the sticks after 7 min. In the meantime, fry the fried fish in a pan with plenty of oil. Serve the fried fish in a roll with salad and tartar sauce and serve with the chips.
