Baked fish in wrap
Ingredients
- 1 package Femeg baked fish
- 1 bell bell pepper
- 3-4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 half cucumber
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche with herbs
Preparation
First, fry the baked fish in a pan with plenty of fat for about 10-15 min, turning several times, until crispy. Then warm the wraps slightly in a pan, spread with crème fraiche and top as desired. Then fold the wraps first once from the bottom to the middle and then slowly roll up. Perfect for the small hunger in between. The recipe can also be prepared with other vegetables, depending on taste.
